What we hold

The portfolio.

Three kinds of assets, managed as one.

Residential building in Beirut

I · Real estate

Property held for income and for the long run.

Residential and commercial buildings, apartments and land, in Beirut and Mount Lebanon and selectively abroad. Owned directly or through single-asset subsidiaries, let on medium and long leases, maintained rather than flipped.

II · Company shares

The operating companies of the group.

TriLegacy holds the family's positions in its operating businesses: food import and distribution in West Africa, trading and procurement, services. It does not run them. It owns them, sits on their boards, and makes sure their accounts are consolidated and their dividends land in one place.

III · Investments

Financial and private positions, sized with care.

A limited number of financial and private investments, each small enough that a total loss would not matter to the whole, each reviewed once a year against a simple question: would we buy it again today?
